Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
7-Day returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached.
To start a return:
- Email hello@serafinacollective.com with your order number
- We'll send you a pickup link or address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days
What's not returnable
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Underwear and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by use, washing, or wear
Refund method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank credit usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only — same product, different size. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a swap. The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges cost ₹150 to cover return shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost.
