Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping launching late 2026 — join the Circle for first access.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched same day (Mon–Sat). Orders placed after 2 PM dispatch the next business day.

Delivery time

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote pin codes: 5-8 business days

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹99 for orders under ₹999
• Cash on delivery: additional ₹50 (only available for orders above ₹500)

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. Most orders ship via Shiprocket (Delhivery / DTDC / India Post depending on pin code).

Delayed or lost orders

If your order doesn't arrive within 8 business days of dispatch, email hello@serafinacollective.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
